Tenancy Agreement (Lettings Contract)

However, lettings agents will always recommend an initial contract of 6 months and then to be renewed on expiry if both landlord and tenant are satisfied with the arrangement. PROletuk.com operates a computerised accounting facility and rental incomes will be paid by cheque, standing order mandate or BACS transfer to your bank or building society. An itemised statement highlighting all receipts and expenditure will be forwarded to you on a regular basis.
